How does this work?

Tell us what you need and we will bring it to you and pick it up when you're done. It's that easy!

We deliver and pick up to rental homes, residences,  hotels, and the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Have a special request? Give us a call, we can probably accomodate it as long as it's in our delivery area.

Our items are cleaned, santized and bagged between every rental.  

Where do you deliver to?

Delivery is FREE to all of the Phoenix and Scottsdale area with rental orders of $100 or more between 9am-3pm.  Items can/will be left on the porch if you are not available at time of delivery, including AirBnB/VRBO homes. A delivery/pick up fee of $35 will be added to orders under $100.  We deliver to all of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and the cities of the North and West Valley.

We are not able to offer delivery service to the far East and South Valley including - Sun Lakes, Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA), Apache Junction, Gilbert, South Chandler, San Tan Valley, Gold Canyon, Queen Creek, Johnson Ranch, Florence, Maricopa, Casa Grande, Tucson, Sedona, or Flagstaff.  We are able to meet you at an alternate location however.  Please contact us to arrange a meeting place at 602-639-1407. 

If you are driving to another destination such as Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff, Tucson, or other cities from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, we can meet you at the Sky Harbor Rental Car Center with your rental items. See below for more information on airport delivery.

Airport Meet and Greet Delivery/Pick up
Meet and Greet with your baby equipment rentals at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is available at the rental car center for $25 between 9am-6pm. A minimum order of $100 of rental items applies, not including the $35 delivery fee.  For orders less than $100, a delivery fee will be charged up to $120 total.  *We must meet you in personFor delivery, we will check your flight and meet you when you arrive at the rental car facility. For returns, we allow for a 10 minute grace period after the specified return time.  Any delays beyond that point will be charged $30/15min  waiting fee unless we are contacted 1 hour in advance and notified of the delay or a change in return time.

How far in advance should I reserve my rental gear?

We recommend booking your reservation as soon as your travel plans are confirmed to ensure we have the items you’d like available for you. Items can sell out weeks in advance during spring peak travel periods and holidays. 

What if I need my order within 48 hours?

Last minute orders cannot be booked online. Please call us at 602-639-1407. We understand emergencies arise and do all we can to accommodate last minute requests.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ORDERS PLACED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

When will I be charged and what is the cancellation policy?

Payment is processed at the time your order is booked. 

Except rentals occuring over a holiday, cancellations/changes made within 72 hours of your scheduled delivery day are subject to a charge of 50% of any item cancelled, excluding additional delivery charges. Full orders cancelled more than 72 hours in advance are subject to a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made on or after the scheduled delivery day. No refunds will be given for any unused rental days in the case of a delayed arrival or early return.

Holiday Cancellation/Change Policy:
Cancellations/changes made less than 7 days in advance for a rental occuring over a holiday period are subject to a 50% cancellation fee per item excluding any additional delivery fees. Holidays include President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and any rentals occuring from December 15-January 5.

Can I add to my order later?

Yes, you may add items to your order any time, up until two days prior to your delivery assuming the item is available.  Call or email us to make changes to your order at 602-639-1407 or [email protected]
